Why Single Malt?
From the beginning, we decided that if we were going to do this, we were going to do it right.
We use pot stills made from the highest purity copper by Forsyths, a Scottish coppersmith with over 200 years of experience. The copper and shape result in more reflux and a larger number of flavor compounds adding to the complexity of the end product. The Hudson Valley’s unique terroir provides us access to outstanding natural resources. There’s a reason the Hudson Valley was the original home of distillation in the Northeast. Our advisory team consists of leading production and brand development experts from the US and UK.
