We currently produce Tod & Vixen’s Dry Gin 1651, an ultra-premium gin specifically designed by our British Master Distiller and three of the world’s leading bartenders to enhance the flavor of cocktails. We also produce single malt whisky that we believe will challenge the best the world has to offer.

Our grain-to-glass distillery, located on a beautiful 120-acre farm in New York’s Hudson Valley, is just 90 minutes from NYC and features a welcome center, tasting room, tours and one-of-a-kind experiences.
